How Does The NFL Playoff Confidence Pool Work?
- Everyone assigns a confidence weight to each to team.
- Each time a team wins you earn the "weight" of points that you assigned.
- After the Super Bowl, whoever has the most points wins the pool.
- Each weighting (1-14) must be assigned to exactly 1 team (no more no less).
- Tiebreaker: How many total points will be scored in the Super Bowl?
As the pool admin, you setup the pool and invite your friends. They submit their picks and then everyone follows along on the live leaderboard.
Pricing
If you get more than 4 people entered you'll have to pay the $20 fee for the pool. Pools with less than 4 are free. You can wait to see how many entries you get before submitting payment.

As you can see, SeanH wins with 126 total points. That is because he assigned the highest weights to the winniest teams. The most you can assign is 14 points and he assigned it to the Chiefs, who won all 3 of their games so he gets 42 points (3 * 14) for the Chiefs.
