Types of Drafts

The draft randomizer works for ANY type of draft, including:

  • Fantasy Football Draft
  • Snake Draft Order
  • 12 team, 10 team, 4 team, or any number of teams
  • Any random draft you dream up with your buddies!!

How a Snake Draft Works

A snake draft is when you reverse the order of picking every round, so the first drafter in round 1 becomes the last drafter in round 2, and then the first again in round 3, and so on.

Here is an example snake draft using this live random draft order example generated at the scheduled time:

    Round 1
  1. Eddy
  2. Dan
  3. Sean
  4. Ryan
  5. Bob
    Round 2 (= Round 1 reversed)
  1. Bob
  2. Ryan
  3. Sean
  4. Dan
  5. Eddy
Round 3 (same as round 1)
  1. Eddy
  2. Dan
  3. Sean
  4. Ryan
  5. Bob
Round 4 (same as round 2)
  1. Bob
  2. Ryan
  3. Sean
  4. Dan
  5. Eddy

Keep repeating this "snaking around" each round through the draft.
