Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in MN, United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of MN, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our Website conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Easy Office Pools under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with respect to any claim you assert against Easy Office Pools related to the Site, this TOS, the Privacy Policy, or procurement of other services, is limited solely to the amount you paid for such services in the previous year or $500, whichever is less. IN NO EVENT SHALL Easy Office Pools BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, ANY PECUNIARY LOSS RELATED TO THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, LOST EARNINGS, WAGES, BACK WAGES, FUTURE WAGES, OR STATUTORY PENALTIES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS SITE, INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR ANY OTHER HARM YOU CLAIM IN WHICH Easy Office Pools MAY BE RESPONSIBLE.
Waiver of Jury Trial
EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE OR DEFEND ANY RIGHTS UNDER THIS TOS, THE PRIVACY POLICY, OR RELATED TO SITE SERVICES.
By agreeing to the Agreement, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against Easy Office Pools on an individual basis in arbitration, as outlined in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against Easy Office Pools, and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against Easy Office Pools by someone else. You may opt-out of this provision only as indicated below.
The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the AAA’s Customer Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Customer Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org.
You acknowledge and agree that you and Easy Office Pools are each waiving the right to a trial by jury and agree binding arbitration solely between you and Easy Office Pools. This means you are waiving the right to participate as a plaintiff or class or collective member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Unless both you and Easy Office Pools otherwise agree in writing, any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You further agree that your violation of any of these provisions constitutes a breach of the Agreement, which will entitle us to seek damages against you, including our attorney’s fees.

Our Fees
Entry fees are in no way related to gambling. We do not manage any gambling related activity on our site. We only provide a tools to setup and track standings easily for entertainment purposes.
Pick Locks
Certain pools have expiration times for entering new information. Users are not be allowed to add or update teams after the first tee off, for example, in our golf pools. Only pool administrators are able to add or delete teams after that time. If user's picks need to change after expiration, the admin is responsible to create a new team for the user and delete the user's old team.
Player Withdrawals
It is the users responsibility to maintain their pool settings and team selections. If athletes are injured or withdraw from events it is responsibility of users to make necessary changes.
Sort Options
It is up to the user to decide how pools are scored. There are several options on our flexible View page, so it is the users responsibility to understand which sort options are in play for each pool.
Playoff Holes
Should golf tournaments end in a playoff, the golfers in the playoff will not receive credit for the strokes earned or lost during the playoff.
