How Scoring Works

Your pool will be based on the TOUR Championship leaderboard without starting strokes. The starting strokes awarded at the beginning of the TOUR Championship are removed in our system so your pool can run using fair and familiar scoring.

To Par Scoring

• Add picked golfers scores to form your team score. Best team score wins.
• To Par scores are adjusted so starting strokes are eliminated.
• Round 1/2/3/4 scores are based on what golfers actually shoot. Starting strokes are eliminated.

Earnings Scoring

• Add picked golfers projected money earnings to form your team score. Best team score wins.
• There is no official purse for the TOUR Championship. Projected earnings are allocated with assumption of the same purse as the other playoff events. For example, $9.5M in 2021, $15M in 2022, and $20M in 2023. The imaginary purse is then allocated using same purse percentages as the BMW Championship, similar to the standard PGA Tour payout percentages .
• FedExCup Bonus Money is NOT considered in projected earnings.
• Pools have no Official Earnings, only Projected Earnings, since the PGA Tour does not have an official purse for the TOUR Championship.
• Any golfer that doesn't finish the tournament will receive $0 in projected earnings. For example, if the golfer withdraws or is disqualified.

Daily Bests Scoring

• Add the best to par scores from your picked golfers to form you team score. Best team score wins.
• Daily Bests scoring naturally works since round by round scores are what each golfer actually shoots, without regard to starting strokes.

Tiebreaker

• Each pool requires a tiebreaker selection of what the best 72 hole score will be at the end of the tournament.
• The best 72 hole score is determined without starting strokes or playoff holes.
• For example, in 2021, the best 72 hole score would have been -14 by Jon Rahm/Kevin Na, not -21 by Cantlay.
• Whoever guessed closer would win the tiebreaker (doesn't matter if you guessed over or under the score).
• If in a tiebreaker situation, the pool admin will have final say to break the tie.

Picksheet Setup

The standard 6 tier pool setup will be split into 6 tiers by odds or world ranking with 5 golfers in each tier. This is slightly different than typical pools because there are only 30 golfers total.

You can also completely customize your picksheet if you want to do your pool your way.

You can also run a draft offline and enter everyone's pick as the pool admin.

Pre tournament odds for the TOUR Championship will be odds to win without starting strokes. Odds will be fetched from a major sportsbook as soon as they are available.
